Many of our long-term guests (staying one month or more) have been coming to Sea Trail for years. They come primarily from all over the United States, Canada, and Europe. Most live here during the mild winter months, spending less on their lodging than they would on their heating bills back home. Some come with friends; others find new friends among our guests. Special monthly golf rates are available for long-term guests, and our Village Activity Center plans social events during season just so they can meet new people and make friends.

Sea Trail offers condominiums and villa-style suites to fit every lifestyle, ranging from one to four bedrooms.
