TO PARTNER WITH NORTH CAROLINA GOLF AND CONVENTION RESORT
Charlestowne Hotels, Inc. to manage lodging and activity center at Sea Trail
Charlestowne Hotels, Inc. has reached an agreement with Sea Trail Corporation to manage the onsite lodging, rental operations and the Village Activity Center.
The resort encompasses over 2,000 acres in Sunset Beach, which sits conveniently between the
history and quaint shops of Wilmington, NC and the numerous entertainment and shopping venues
of Myrtle Beach, SC. Sea Trail is the eighth property to be added to the portfolio in 2009
and coincides with Charlestowne Hotels� quest to expand its presence in the Southeast.
In addition to luxury resort accommodations, the Sea Trail Convention Center, voted 2009
Best of the South by Meetings South, features 58,000 square feet of convention and event
space. The Village Activity Center offers additional locations for social events and
gatherings around the beautifully landscaped pool or inside in the Sunset Room.
Guests may also enjoy the indoor pool, fitness center and spa treatments available there.
Sea Trail also boasts three award winning golf courses by renowned designers Rees Jones,
Willard Byrd and Dan Maples. The Oasis Pool Bar, Brassie�s Pub and Magnolias Restaurant
provide a variety of dining options for guests as well.
